The perfect engine: powerful and economical to run.
Agrotrac tractors have truly powerful, economical engines, delivering peak performance even when working for hours on end.
The power output varies for each model, to offer the perfectly calibrated solution for every necessity: 96 hp (70.5 kW) for the Agrotrac 100; 101 hp (74 kW) for the Agrotrac 110; 116 hp (85 kW) for the Agrotrac 115; 126 hp (92.6 kW) for the Agrotrac 130; 156 hp (114.7 kW) for the Agrotrac 150 and 171 hp (126 kW) for the Agrotrac 170.
Depending on the model, the engines are either 1,000 cc four cylinder units or six cylinder units, with natural aspiration or with simple Turbo or Turbo Intercooler forced induction.
The special configuration of the combustion chamber, combined with the augmented swirl generated in the intake port, optimise the air-diesel mixture for maximum combustion efficiency.
Much more advanced than conventional rotary pump systems, the exclusive SDF injection system with individual pumps for each cylinder maximises engine power (with very high injection pressures of up to 1,400 bar) and ensures extremely short injection times, while the electronic engine management system varies the injection timing itself in relation to load to optimise consumption.
The individual injection lines are very short and equal in length, which also contributes to achieving very rapid injection times.
Euro II engines are equipped with HRT (Hydraulic Roller Tappets) technology, a system controlled by an electrohydraulic valve to optimise the injection of fuel into the combustion chamber.
The generous torque curve of these engines means that excellent pulling power is already available at 1,700 rpm, or 75% of rated engine speed (2,300 rpm for the Agrotrac 100 and 110, and 2,350 rpm for Agrotrac 115| 130| 150|170 models). This also ensures constant power delivery, with plenty of power always on tap even in variable operating conditions.
Another impressive figure is a torque reserve ranging from 32% for the Agrotrac 100, to 36% for the Agrotrac 150, which contributes to maximising productivity.
Agrotrac models are also equipped with an electromagnetic system that directly adjusts the push rods of the pumps, to deliver precisely the right injection volume in relation to engine load.
Last but not least, a large 300 litre roto-molded tank ensures superlative autonomy.

A choice of different transmissions to suit different applications.
The Agrotrac series is offered with a wide variety of mechanical transmissions, catering for all speed and torque needs (with a maximum speed of 40 Km/h) and for a huge spectrum of applications.
With fully synchromesh gears and a hydraulically operated dry main clutch with cerametallic discs, these tractors are incredibly efficient and productive.
Agrotrac 100 and 110 tractors come as standard with a transmission with three ranges and five gears with synchronised shuttle, for a total of fifteen FWD-REV speeds.
As an alternative, these tractors may be equipped with a transmission with four ranges and five gears, with a supercreeper gear and synchronised shuttle controlled from a single lever, for a total of twenty FWD-REV speeds and a minimum speed of 0.4 -1 Km/h.
The standard transmission for the Agrotrac 115| 130| 150|170 has three ranges, four gears, an underdrive gear (reducing the drive ratio by 20% for each gear) and a synchronised shuttle, for a total of 24 FWD +12 REV speeds.
As an option, these tractors may be equipped with a transmission with 3 ranges and 4 synchromesh gears, with supercreeper gear and synchronised shuttle, for a total of sixteen FWD/REV speeds and a minimum speed of 0.43 -1 Km/h.

Optimised functionality.
The two-speed (540/1,000 rpm) PTO has a multiplate wet clutch.
On Agrotrac 100 and 110 models, the clutch is engaged from an electrohydraulic button, while on Agrotrac 115|130|150|170 models, the clutch is operated from a mechanical control on the console to the right of the driver.
An important advantage of this PTO is that it is driven directly from the engine, for minimised power loss and noise.

Outstanding smoothness and power.
All Agrotrac models are equipped with a powerful, responsive hydraulic system capable of delivering adequate hydraulic oil flow for even the most complex application.
The open-centre hydraulic system is equipped with a 58 l/min pump for Agrotrac 100 and 110 models, and with a 68 l/min pump for Agrotrac 115|130|150|170 models.
Both configurations are available with four or six auxiliary distributors, with selectable single or dual action modes for using all types of implements correctly.
For smooth and extremely manoeuvrable steering (50 degree steering angle), a dedicated pump feeds two dual action rams situated behind the front axle (to prevent damage in the event of accidental impact).
A rear lift, controlled mechanically by a flex bar on the rear lift links, is also available, with a range of lift capacities to match the power of the tractor itself: 3,800/5,000 Kg for the Agrotrac 100, 4,700/6,200 Kg for the Agrotrac 110 and up to 5,400/7,000 Kg for the Agrotrac 130|150|170.

Safe, efficient productivity.
All Agrotrac models are equipped with an integral brake system, with four hydrostatically operated wet disc brakes, which can stop the tractor immediately and in complete safety, even when working with high loads.
100% lockable front and rear differentials maximise traction in particularly critical working conditions. On Agrotrac 115/130/150/170 models, a mechanical control engages and disengages the differential locks (and four wheel drive), while the Agrotrac 100 and 110 feature an electrohydraulic button control.
With Heavy Duty rear reduction gear units, Agrotrac tractors deliver outstanding productivity even in complex jobs involving heavy rear-mounted implements. These reduction gears transmit engine power to the wheels through a system of planetary gears, and also contribute to minimising the size of the centre differential, for increased ground clearance.
Agrotrac 150 and 170 models have an adjustable rear axle, for easily modifying the track to suit the crop.
The front axle is powered by a central drive shaft, for superior ground clearance and control.

The added comfort of powerful lights and an ideal climate.
The spacious cab is suspended on silent-blocks for superior comfort; while large self-cleaning steps and a wide angle door facilitate access to the driver seat.
Superb 360 degree visibility. The high visibility roof with glass panel allows a clear upward view, which is vital when using the front loader.
The position of the exhaust silencer, mounted rationally on the cab A-pillar, the rounded forms of the hood and the slim mudguards are all specifically intended to ensure an unobstructed view towards the front and sides.
The Agrotrac is fully equipped to keep on working even at night: a powerful lighting system with eight work lights (two on the roof, two on the A-pillars and four on the hood) ensures impeccable visibility when working in night-time conditions.
A four speed ventilation system with eighteen adjustable vents maintains a comfortable temperature within the cab.
Every aspect of the driver zone in the Agrotrac has been designed with a clear purpose: this even includes the intuitive layout of the controls, which are situated strategically to the right of the driver and contributes to the simplicity and comfort of this tractor.

Designed with specific technical solutions and constructed with special materials, the injection system is fully compatible with fuels containing up to 100% biodiesel.



Hydraulic tappets for injection timing control. When the oil is cold, the tappets increase valve lift slightly to advance the injection timing: this ensures optimum efficiency as soon as the engine is started and eliminates white smoke.


A system integrated in the hydraulic system which reduces thermal losses, improves efficiency and recovers energy that would otherwise be wasted. When the lift and distributors are not in use, a solenoid valve returns the hydraulic fluid flow to the transmission housing.
