Optimum safety and productivity are only ensured when the front loader and the tractor form a stable constructional unit. DEUTZ-FAHR front loaders are characterised by a host of safety details and an extremely robust, practical basic construction.


The front loader is adapted specifically to the DEUTZ-FAHR tractor type. The construction does not obstruct any maintenance points but still fits snugly to the tractor contours. The 55° steering angle of the front axle remains intact ensuring full manoeuvrability.


Mechanical parallel control
In addition to standard configuration, the complete DEUTZ-FAHR front loader series is also available with optional mechanical parallel control rods. These control rods operate precisely due to their wide bearings. All bearing points are bushed and can be easily reached from the outside for greasing. This loader configuration is particularly advisable if the main loading work is focused on moving pallets. 
 
 

Hydraulic parallel control
DEUTZ-FAHR supplies front loaders with an optional, electro-hydraulic parallel control that can be switched off by pressing a button. If a front loader is extended while the parallel control is switched off, the load drops into the bucket and the implement can “crowd”. Trickle losses are minimised. With mechanical parallel controlled loaders this scoop effect is not available.


Adjustable lowering speed
Some front loader jobs such as pallet loading require particularly sensitive operation. Only one turn of the setting valve and the DEUTZ-FAHR front loader can be moved even more precisely.
