A critical factor in the commercial success of DEUTZ-FAHR is its extensive and at the same time close-meshed service network, which allows it to
respond particularly quickly to farmers’ requirements. In Germany alone no less than 160 authorized dealers and 500 service centers provide highly
qualified advice and absolutely reliable service. The dense sales network is comprised not only of subsidiaries with 400 authorized dealers in North
America, France, Italy, Spain, Great Britain and Portugal, but a further 26 import firms with their own sales networks around the world – which makes
us the leaders in the industry.
Another important priority at DEUTZ-FAHR is high-quality service and after-sales service. Nearly all authorized DEUTZ-FAHR dealers have an online
link to spare parts warehouses. The electronic catalog contains 45,000 spare parts which can be ordered within just a few seconds, meaning that the
spare parts can be made available to the individual authorized dealers within just 24 hours.
The continued training of its personnel is a top priority for DEUTZ-FAHR. DEUTZ-FAHR has a multimedia training center with modern equipment
where all levels of courses are offered. Each year some 5,000 individuals – ranging from internal personnel to personnel from authorized partners –
